Consequences of Cancellation
When you cancel this contract, we will have to refund all payments we have received from you including the freight cost - with the exception of any added costs, which resulted in your choice of another type of delivery method than the standard, most economical delivery method offered by us - promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the time we have received your notice of cancellation of this contract. We will use the same method of payment you chose for the original transaction for this refund, unless we specifically agreed another method of payment with you. In no case will you incur any charges due to this refund.
We are entitled to refuse paying this refund until we have received the goods or we have proof that you have sent the goods back, depending on which is soonest.
You have an obligation to send or bring the goods back to us promptly, in any case at the latest within 14 days of your notice of the cancellation of this contract. This time limit is maintained if you send the goods before the expiration of the time limit of 14 days.
The immediate costs for the return of the goods are met by you.
You only carry the costs of a potential deterioration of the goods, which can be attributed to the goods not being used in in the way they were intended or if they were misused or damaged by way of dismantling.
